Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Business Analyst located in Toluquilla offices.

Reporting to the Materials Manager, the Supply Chain Business Analyst role will work with global teams, creating reports and analyzing information, doing data research and being in charge for customer interface on strategic materials for key assigned accounts.

 

What a typical day looks like:

  • Has regular contact with US, India and other countries facilities if applicable to deliver regular activities.
  • Responsible for data research and build reports on a regular basis.
  • Presents materials value-add to customers or suppliers, and influence customer.
  • Interfaces with customer or supplier in new project start-up, for cost of ownership issues. 
  • Tracks materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required. 
  • Defines and implements pricing and costing strategies. 
  • Coordinate sourcing strategies with Supply Management and Customers. 
  • Monitor and manage supplier times.
  • Mitigates shortages, excess on order and excess on hand.
  • Participate on and help global and regional commodity teams.
  • Contribute information/data on top spend suppliers for quarterly scorecards.
  • Travel on a quarterly basis to attend different resposibilities.

 

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Strong experience in similar role with Supply chain involvement business analysis or related.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge & SQL programming would be very important for data analysis and report creation.
  • MRP knowledge.
  • Subject matter of pulse.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams.
  • English proficiency advanced.
  • Strong ability to develop and present information across different levels within the organization and with clients.
  • Passport & Visa would be an advantage.
