The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of eCOA activities
- Maintain accurate study documentation and ensure records are complete and up to date
- Work closely with internal teams, and external partners
- Help ensure all eCOA activities are carried out in line with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and company procedures
- Assist with data review, reporting, and administrative tasks related to ongoing research projects
- Contribute to process improvements that support quality, efficiency, and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years experience in eCOA Project Management at an eCOA Vendor or Sponsor
- Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines
- A professional, collaborative, and proactive approach to work
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and ethical standards
