Job Description:

Own Salesforce CRM activities including user administration, account management, sales dashboards, reporting and data analytics.

  • Ensure sales data quality and drive continuous data improvement programs across the GPG.
  • Prepare Power BI dashboards for GPG functions, mainly Business Development and Finance, and support user training where required.
  • Lead automation projects using Power Apps and identify opportunities to automate GPG dashboards and reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps and SharePoint based solutions for sales operations and process support.
  • Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve sales processes across the Transformer Business Unit.
  • Explore and implement robotic process automation opportunities in the business unit.
  • Map segment, country and channel views for all factories in the Distribution & Traction Transformers Business.
  • Support budget order intake planning, sales KPIs, win/loss analysis, lessons learned and pricing/margin trend reporting.
  • Support the BOOST initiative for GPG DT and work closely with key segment leaders on critical segment requirements.
  • Support key segments directly in collaboration with the GPG DT Business Development Lead, as required.
  • Define and ensure implementation of sales operations strategies across the Transformer Business Unit.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of existing sales processes and identify areas open to process improvement.
  • Drive and monitor key market development programs, vertical sales development, portfolio pushes and pricing enhancements.
