About the role

Gather and document business and functional requirements, translate them into specifications and user stories, and recommend improvements to business processes. Requires at least four years of experience in business analysis, functional consulting, or a related IT role, with eCommerce or digital platform experience preferred. Candidates should understand SDLC and Agile/Scrum, create requirements and diagrams using relevant tools, and have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; fluent English is required.

Full description

  • Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and detailed user stories for technical teams.
  • Analyze existing business processes and propose effective improvement solutions.
  • Work closely with Project Managers (PMs), developers, QA, designers, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support project planning, scope clarification, and change request management
  • Participate in UAT preparation, testing coordination, and issue tracking to ensure high-quality output.
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between global clients and internal technical teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or a related role in IT services/software development
  • Experience in eCommerce or digital platform projects is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proficiency in creating professional Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Actionable Requirements
  • Strong ability to use tools (e.g., Draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio, or Figma/Balsamiq) to create Flowcharts, UML Diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence), and Wireframes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English communication skills are required for working with international stakeholders
