The Opportunity: Lead innovation in classified network solutions for government agencies Work on cutting-edge Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) architectures with global travel opportunities Drive technical strategy as a recognized industry expert in cybersecurity Influence major defense modernization initiatives through strategic partnerships Build legacy as a go-to solutions architect for complex cross-domain challenges
Responsibilities: Design and implement CSfC networks
- Engineer highly available fault-tolerant architectures
- Develop CSfC systems based on customer performance requirements
- Conduct technical presentations and briefings for stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and lead project teams
- Travel up to 50% globally for on-site integration and support
- Collaborate with government/contractors on solution integration
- Perform systems testing and acceptance validation
- Create mock designs for bids and proposal teams
- Ensure compliance with CACI ethical and security policies
Qualifications:
Required:
- 8+ years experience in network engineering/security roles
- Proven experience with Cisco, Aruba, or other VPN technologies
- Demonstrated expertise in CSfC solution design
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Active CCNA and Security+ certifications
- Strong presentation and technical writing skills
- Experience with NIST RMF and DISA STIG frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and network tools
Desired:
- Degree in Computer Engineering or related field
- 10+ years relevant experience in defense contracting
- Advanced certifications (CISSP/SecurityX/CCIE)
- Experience mentoring cross-functional technical teams
- Background in virtualization architecture

$85,800 - $180,200
