Senior Product Manager
Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) in the North Zone of Mexico City, near Toreo Parque Central. About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation of complex Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives into scalable, governable business solutions. This role will drive product vision, backlog prioritization, and ensure alignment with financial outcomes (P&L) in digital and e-commerce environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Product & P&L Management: Translate business goals into sustainable product initiatives, balancing ROI with price risk accountability.
- AI & Data Governance: Turn AI and advanced analytics into secure, scalable business bets.
- Agile Leadership: Define and manage product backlog, lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maximize delivery value.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Negotiate priorities, communicate product vision, and align technical and business teams.
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Certification: Certified Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent).
- Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe; proven track record in end-to-end product delivery.
- Technical Tools: Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace/Office Suite.
- Cloud & Data Platforms: Google Cloud Platform (GCP); Databricks desirable.
- Analytics & Programming: Strong SQL proficiency; basic Python knowledge.
- Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate P&L, manage price risk, and link technical solutions to measurable business outcomes.
- Core Competencies: Leadership, decision-making, and clear communication across technical and executive audiences.
Nice-to-Have
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Experience leveraging AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Ability to recommend effective AI use and streamline workflows.
- Advanced Analytics & E-commerce Expertise: Familiarity with customer metrics, KPIs, and digital customer journeys.
