Who we are
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join a collaborative delivery team working on complex digital solutions and transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Architects to ensure that solutions meet functional, technical, and quality requirements.
You will contribute across the complete testing lifecycle, combining strong manual testing capabilities with test automation using Playwright. The role includes functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and API testing, as well as supporting the continuous improvement of the automation strategy and CI/CD testing processes.

What you'll be doing
- Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into clear test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Design, prepare, and execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and API test cases
- Perform both manual and automated testing as part of the delivery lifecycle
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
- Contribute to the test automation strategy and identify opportunities to improve test coverage
- Validate REST APIs, system integrations, and end-to-end business processes
- Report, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira and test management tools
- Collaborate with developers, architects, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to investigate and resolve defects
- Integrate and execute automated tests through CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jenkins
- Validate solution quality and release readiness before deployment to production
- Produce test execution reports, quality metrics, and clear testing status updates
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, refinement, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
What you'll bring along
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
- Strong manual testing experience across functional, integration, and regression testing
- Hands-on experience with Playwright test automation
- Experience developing end-to-end and API automated tests
- Good knowledge of APIs and REST service testing
- Experience with Jira and test management tools such as Xray or Zephyr
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jenkins
- Strong ability to analyze requirements and identify comprehensive test scenarios
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery processes
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage testing activities within delivery deadlines
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of quality, ownership, and accountability
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic project environments
- English language proficiency at B2–C1 level
