Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

• Project Coordination: Monitor and track action items, timelines, and follow-ups for AI Solutions and digital transformation projects
• Communication Development: Create engaging presentations, reports, and communication materials; ensure clear and consistent messaging for Human Resources and other stakeholders during project rollouts
• Information Management: Organize project information and maintain documentation repositories; Assist in preparing status updates and summaries for leadership communication
• Training & Enablement: Assist in developing training materials and internal communications to support employee engagement with new tools and processes
• Meeting & Event Logistics: Coordinate the scheduling, preparation, and facilitation of meetings, workshops, and project sessions

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Communications, or a similar field
• Interests and Experience: Interest in digital HR topics, AI, and transformation initiatives; Experience with Agile Methodologies and Project Management is a plus
• Presentation Skills: Good communication and presentation skills; Ability to prepare appealing and clean slides and written communication in English
• Tools: A good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Jira is a plus
• Working style: Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working; Good collaboration skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
• Language skills: Fluency in English
