Position Overview
We are looking for a QA Intern – Mobile Games who is passionate about gaming and has a strong eye for detail. The ideal candidate should enjoy exploring games, identifying issues, and understanding how different game features and mechanics work.
Internship Details
Duration: 3 Months Work Mode: Full-Time, Onsite Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore Stipend: PKR 40,000 to 50,000 per month Working Days: Monday to Friday Career Path: 3-month internship leading to a full-time opportunity based on performance
Key Responsibilities
- Test mobile games across different devices, builds, and game versions.
- Identify, reproduce, and document bugs, glitches, and unexpected behavior.
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing.
- Test gameplay mechanics, features, UI/UX, animations, and game flows.
- Create clear and detailed bug reports with proper steps to reproduce.
- Retest reported issues after fixes and verify their resolution.
- Test new features and updates before they are released.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify issues that may not be covered by predefined test cases.
- Verify game behavior across different devices and screen resolutions.
- Work closely with Game Developers, Designers, and other relevant teams to communicate and resolve issues.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the testing process.
Requirements
- Passion for mobile games and gaming.
- Strong understanding of gameplay mechanics and different game genres.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Basic understanding of Software Quality Assurance and Testing concepts.
- Ability to clearly document and communicate bugs and issues.
