As an IT Project Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of technology projects across WebBeds’ booking platforms and connected systems.

You will coordinate IT, business, vendor, and support teams to deliver agreed outcomes, manage timelines, track risks and budgets, and keep stakeholders informed through clear, consistent communication.

In this role you will:

Key responsibilities

  • Project delivery: Lead technology projects from planning through implementation, ensuring scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and outcomes are clearly managed.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Partner with IT, business, external vendor, and support teams to align priorities, resolve blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Progress tracking: Maintain accurate project plans, status updates, RAID logs, budget tracking, resource plans, and delivery documentation.
  • Risk and issue management: Identify risks and issues early, define practical mitigation plans, and track actions through to resolution.
  • Team facilitation: Run regular project and technical meetings to clarify requirements, address challenges, and support effective decision-making.
  • Launch management: Coordinate project releases, production fixes, and post-launch support activities, including activities that may occasionally fall outside regular business hours.
  • Executive communication: Prepare and deliver clear project presentations, phase-gate updates, status reports, and escalations for senior stakeholders.
  • Technical collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product owners, and system engineers to support issue resolution and remove cross-functional impediments.
  • Vendor and procurement support: Manage third-party relationships and procurement inputs needed to support successful project delivery.
  • Continuous improvement: Contribute to consistent project management practices that improve delivery quality, transparency, and stakeholder confidence.

  • At least 3 years of IT project management experience, including delivery across business stakeholders, external vendors, and support teams.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT operations management, supporting the reliable running of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Project Management, Business Analysis, or a related field is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of technology project delivery, solution implementation, IT systems, and operational environments.
  • Experience delivering large-scale technology projects, ideally within travel, B2B travel, or ancillary services.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams, organize priorities, solve technical and business issues, and keep delivery focused.
  • Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to support occasional release, launch, or production issue activities outside regular business hours when required.
