Job Description – IT Business Analyst (ITBA) – Intraday Liquidity & Basel LCRRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst (ITBA) with expertise in Intraday Liquidity Monitoring and Basel III Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR). The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams by gathering requirements, analyzing regulatory reporting needs, designing functional solutions, and supporting implementation of enterprise data and reporting platforms.

Key Responsibilities• Work closely with business stakeholders, treasury, risk, finance, and technology teams to understand business requirements.

  • Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements for Intraday Liquidity and Basel III LCR reporting.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform gap analysis between existing systems and target-state architecture.
  • Define source-to-target mappings, business rules, and data transformation logic.
