Pre-Sales partners with Account Executives and customer stakeholders to run demos, support pilots and prove technical and business value.
You'll become a trusted advisor on how Holistic AI fits enterprise AI governance needs, from discovery through to a successful proof of value.
About Holistic AI
Holistic AI builds AI governance and assurance tooling for enterprise customers. Our platform helps organisations test AI systems responsibly and align their governance with frameworks such as the EU AI Act and NIST. We're a team of about 40 people, hiring carefully: quality over speed.
What you'll do
- Deliver product demos tailored to enterprise AI governance and assurance use cases.
- Support sales cycles with technical discovery, pilot scoping and stakeholder workshops.
- Configure and guide pilots so prospects see clear value quickly.
- Work with Field Deployment, Product and Engineering on complex opportunities.
- Capture competitive insight and product feedback from the field.
- Refine demo assets, pilot playbooks and pre-sales materials.
What you'll bring
- Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting or technical sales for B2B SaaS, ideally enterprise.
- The ability to explain technical products clearly to mixed audiences: business, risk, compliance and engineering.
- Comfort running demos and supporting structured pilots end to end.
- Strong collaboration with sales teams, and organised, responsive work under deal pressure.
- Excellent English. Additional languages are useful, depending on territory.
Nice to have
- A background in AI/ML, data, risk, compliance or governance tooling.
- Experience with regulated industries or enterprise security buyers.
- Experience with proof-of-concept or pilot methodologies.
Location and working model
- United Kingdom.
- Remote or hybrid, as appropriate.
- Travel for key customer meetings may be required.
Compensation
Indicative salary: £50,000. We offer competitive benefits; details are shared during the hiring process.
