Your role, your impact
- Define, execute and maintain Technology Transfer Plans across industrial activities including production, testing, quality and supply chain
- Analyse transfer risks and drive mitigation actions to ensure project success
- Coordinate donor and receiver stakeholders across projects, métiers and industrial sites
- Manage transfer documentation, industrial maturity plans, training and technical assistance activities
- Deploy and continuously improve technology transfer standards, processes and tools

What you bring
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial environments, preferably within the railway sector
- Experience in project management or industrial QCD management
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills in multicultural environments
- Fluent English and familiarity with common information systems and digital tools

- Timely identification and mitigation of transfer risks
- Quality and completeness of transfer documentation and training activities
