Senior Product Manager | HR Tech, LMS & Talent Platforms

Location: Noida, India (Onsite)

Type: Full-Time Employee

We’re building an AI-native talent and skills intelligence platform within Infopro Learning, a global learning and talent solutions company. The platform helps organizations understand the skills their people have, the skills their business needs, and the path between the two. It’s already in use by enterprise customers, and we’re moving quickly.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product direction and outcomes. You’ll turn customer needs and business goals into clear priorities, and work closely with engineering to deliver them. You should be someone who uses AI tools daily to think, write, and build.

What you’ll do

  • Own product priorities and roadmap input, based on customer feedback, usage, and business goals
  • Write specs and requirements that engineers and AI coding tools can build from
  • Build quick working prototypes with AI tools to test ideas before engineering commits
  • Define the prompts and evaluation criteria that show whether an AI feature is working
  • Lead customer and user conversations and turn what you learn into product decisions
  • Work daily with engineers to make trade-offs and keep delivery moving
  • Help shape product practices and mentor more junior product team members as the team grow

What you bring

  • 7+ years in product management, with hands-on ownership of a product or major product area
  • Experience in HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and turning their needs into product decisions
  • Strong written communication and the ability to explain complex topics simply
  • Structured, self-directed problem solving in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI tools as a core part of how you work, not an occasional aid
