Job Summary
The Fraud Product Manager supports the development, execution, governance, and continuous enhancement of ADP's enterprise fraud prevention capabilities. Reporting to the Head of Fraud Product, this role helps drive the roadmap, performance, optimization, and expansion of the Fraud Prevention Platform (FPP), including Feedzai and the supporting fraud technology ecosystem that enables real-time fraud detection, identity risk management, authentication, and automated decisioning across the enterprise.
Working across Fraud Strategy, Analytics, Engineering, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders, the Fraud Product Manager translates fraud risks, emerging threats, business requirements, and customer experiences into scalable fraud prevention capabilities that protect ADP, its clients, and customers while balancing fraud prevention effectiveness, customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
This role helps assess new business initiatives, product changes, customer journeys, authentication capabilities, and fraud risks to ensure appropriate controls are maintained and enterprise fraud prevention capabilities continue to evolve in line with ADP's risk appetite and strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Fraud Product to help define, execute, and advance the roadmap, governance, performance, optimization, and expansion of ADP's Fraud Prevention Platform (FPP) and supporting fraud technologies.
- Drive the delivery of fraud prevention capabilities that strengthen fraud detection, reduce customer friction, improve operational efficiency, and support business objectives.
- Assess new products, business initiatives, customer journeys, authentication capabilities, and material business changes to identify fraud risks and determine whether existing controls adequately mitigate exposure.
- Develop and optimize fraud policies, rules, thresholds, authentication controls, risk signals, and automated decision strategies across the fraud technology ecosystem.
- Support the establishment and ongoing maintenance of governance standards for fraud products and capabilities, including ownership models, intended use, performance expectations, change management, documentation, and periodic reviews.
- Monitor fraud platform performance, resiliency, control effectiveness, and customer impact through defined metrics, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Identify fraud control gaps, emerging risks, performance issues and coordinate remediation efforts through product enhancements, process improvements, policy changes, and technology investments.
- Evaluate, onboard, and optimize fraud prevention technologies, authentication capabilities, data providers, and risk signals to improve fraud detection effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on fraud decisioning, authentication, identity risk, fraud controls, risk signals, and fraud prevention platforms, providing guidance to stakeholders across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in fraud prevention, fraud product management, fraud strategy, identity and authentication, digital risk, cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience supporting strategy, implementation, optimization, governance, or performance management of fraud, identity, authentication, risk, or other technology-driven capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with fraud decisioning, risk orchestration, identity verification, authentication, device intelligence, behavioral risk, and fraud prevention technologies.
- Deep knowledge of account takeover, identity fraud, synthetic identity, payments fraud, social engineering, insider-enabled fraud, and emerging fraud threats.
- Experience assessing fraud risks associated with new products, customer journeys, authentication capabilities, business changes, or digital experiences and recommending appropriate controls.
- Experience defining, implementing, and optimizing fraud controls, rules, policies, thresholds, risk signals, authentication controls, and automated decision strategies.
- Experience working with fraud technology providers and platforms such as Feedzai, LexisNexis ThreatMetrix, Alloy, Accertify, Socure, TransUnion, Transmit Security, or comparable solutions.
- Strong understanding of fraud typologies, account takeover, identity fraud, authentication controls, risk signals, and layered fraud prevention strategies.
- Experience translating fraud risks, business requirements, and operational challenges into product enhancements, technology solutions, and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience evaluating vendors, conducting proof-of-concepts, developing business cases, and supporting fraud technology investment decisions.
- Ability to evaluate platform health, control effectiveness, fraud performance, operational impact, and customer experience using data and performance metrics.
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, third-party data providers, and modern fraud technology architectures.
- Experience partnering across Product, Engineering, Fraud Strategy, Analytics, Security, Operations, and business organizations to deliver fraud prevention capabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Product Management, Fraud, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Technology, Analytics, or a related field
To Succeed in This Role

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise fraud prevention capabilities spanning multiple business units, products, channels, customer journeys, or customer segments.
- Experience with fraud platform implementations, transformations, migrations, modernization initiatives, or large-scale capability enhancements.
- Experience evaluating and selecting fraud, authentication, identity verification, or risk vendors, including proof-of-concept management, implementation support, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with machine learning, AI-driven fraud detection, generative AI, and advanced analytics used in fraud prevention environments.
- Working knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools used to analyze fraud performance, customer behavior, operational trends, and control effectiveness.
- Familiarity with model governance, testing, validation, performance monitoring, explainability, and responsible deployment practices.
- Familiarity with industry security, identity, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST and related best practices.
- Experience in financial services, payments, payroll, fintech, cybersecurity, or other high-volume transaction environments.
