What You’ll Be Doing Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of clinical study management, ensuring delivery of high-quality services Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable plans for internal teams Develop and maintain study documentation, reports, and data archiving processes Coordinate equipment distribution and tracking to support study execution Monitor study timelines and manage financial components, including budgets, revenue forecasting, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation Identify study risks, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as appropriate Manage internal and external stakeholder communications, negotiations, and relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration Promote a positive team environment through effective communication and resource coordination Apply structured problem-solving approaches to resolve client issues and maintain issue tracking for timely resolution Represent study services in client meetings, including investigator and site initiation meetings, as needed Support onboarding and training of new Project Management team members
What We Look For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in project management or a related field 1–4 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical, or related industry Knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial processes Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Detail-oriented with demonstrated responsiveness and accountability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid passport and willingness to travel up to approximately 20%
