Job Description

1.  完成个人销售指标 (例如：销售额，订单，应收款，库存，新重点客户等等）。 

2. 定期收集市场、客户和竞争对手的信息用以维护客户档案，及时提供高质量的销售预测。 

3.  为所辖重点客户制定客户策略并对结果负责。

4.  发掘机会及其所需资源以最大限度地提高力士乐的市场份额。

5. 为所辖客户提供技术支持和进行商务洽谈。

6. 牵头组织与客户的互动活动(例如拜访，会议，产品推广，客户研讨会，展会支持等)。 

Qualifications

1. 大学本科及以上学历，机械制造及自动化，流体传动及控制，车辆工程，机电一体化专业。

2. 2年以上液压产品销售或技术工作经验。

3. 熟悉西南地区工程机械市场。

4. 熟练运用电子化工具管理日常工作（例如MS Office, SAP, Power Point等）。

5. 基本的英语听说读写能力。

6. 具有良好的沟通能力完成与主机厂技术人员和采购人员进行技术交流和商务洽谈。

7. 积极主动，富有事业心，责任感以及团队意识。
