What you'll do

The role covers end-to-end process mapping, operating procedure definition, stakeholder requirement gathering, governance and control documentation, and production of the Project Bird Operations Manual across M&S, Bird and relevant third-party teams.

  • Define and document end-to-end partnership processes
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather requirements, align ways of working and agree future-state processes.
  • Create process documentation, including process maps, RACIs, operating procedures and the Project Bird Operations Manual.
  • Identify process risks, gaps and improvement opportunities, ensuring operational readiness for launch.

Who you are

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large transformation or partnership programmes
  • Strong process mapping capability (Visio, Miro)
  • Experience designing target operating models and operating procedures.
  • Ability to translate complex operational requirements into clear documentation.
  • Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience documenting governance, controls and service processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent written communication
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel skills
