The Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will support the day-to-day processing of supplier invoices and payments, helping to ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time.
You will be responsible for checking and processing supplier invoices, responding to invoice and payment queries, and assisting colleagues and suppliers with finance-related enquiries. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a step into finance.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate:
- Some experience in an administrative, finance or accounts-based role.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately when processing financial information.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good communication skills, with the confidence to build positive working relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
- The ability to manage queries effectively and follow them through to resolution.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- A positive and flexible approach to supporting colleagues and contributing to team objectives.
