Data Analyst

You will be part of the Workforce Strategy & Intelligence team. This team supports the HR organisation and business leaders with data-driven insights into employees, organisational development, talent, skills, employee experience and workforce planning. We strengthen decision-making by translating data into clear insights, identifying trends and formulating recommendations that positively impact people and organisational performance.

We work closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, People Leaders and other stakeholders to address strategic HR questions and help future-proof the organisation. In this way, you will actively contribute to building a modern, data-driven HR organisation. 

Your role as a Data Analyst

• Develop a deep understanding of HR processes, workforce dynamics and our business challenges.
• Ask critical questions and challenge assumptions to arrive at the right analyses and insights.
• Collect, analyse, validate and transform data from various HR and business systems.
• Identify patterns, trends and risks across areas such as workforce planning, talent management, skills, employee experience, employee turnover and organisational development.
• Build and maintain dashboards, frameworks and reports that support HR and business leaders in their decision-making.
• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders, understand their needs and help them make more data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to the continued development of HR Analytics, reporting standards and analytical methodologies within Telenet.
• Actively share knowledge within the data community and stay up to date with new developments in analytics, AI and workforce intelligence. 

Your profile as a Data Analyst

• You are naturally curious and actively seek to understand the question behind the question, with a strong interest in people, organisations and HR processes.
• You are a strong storyteller who can translate complex analyses into a clear, impactful narrative for business stakeholders.
• You work independently while also building strong relationships with stakeholders across HR and the business.
• Experience with HR data, workforce analytics, people analytics or workforce planning is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, forecasting or advanced analytics, and with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms, is an advantage.
• You hold a master’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Data Science, Business Administration or Statistics.
• You have at least two years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence or people analytics.
• You communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
