About the role
We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own product launches end to end and turn them into customer adoption and proof. You can sit through a technical product demo and come back with the story a CFO actually cares about.
You'll make sure each release is understood internally, customers know what they can do with it, and Sales and Customer Success are ready to support it. You'll get close to the product, including the exceptions, and translate how the agent works into clear messaging, demos, and practical sales tools.
You'll also own the customer proof that comes out of each launch. That starts with beta customers and agreed success metrics before release, continues through results after launch, and becomes the case studies and evidence buyers use to make a decision. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team.
What you will do
Launch management
- Run Stuut's tiered product launch process (T1/T2/T3), including tiering decisions, timelines, cross-functional owners, and launch readiness.
- Own the product launch calendar. Keep leadership, Sales, and Customer Success informed about what is shipping, when, and what is changing.
- Work with Product to define the buyer, customer value, and adoption goals before launch. Translate technical capabilities into language AR and finance teams understand.
- Create internal launch communications that explain each release, who it serves, and what teams need to do differently.
- Own customer-facing launch communications, including release notes, in-app messaging, email announcements, and product web pages. Follow through on customer understanding and adoption after release.
Sales and customer success enablement
- Build and deliver launch training for Sales and Customer Success, grounded in real customer use cases. Create demos, short videos, and walkthroughs that show how Stuut works in a customer's existing systems.
- Create talk tracks, one-pagers, demo guidance, objection handling, and FAQs for major launches. Build business cases and materials champions can use to explain the value internally.
- Measure enablement effectiveness through certifications, call reviews, asset use, and rep feedback. Work with Sales and RevOps to understand where buyers get stuck and improve the materials accordingly.
Customer proof
- Work with Product and Customer Success to recruit beta customers for major launches and agree success metrics before release.
- Capture results at 30, 60, and 90 days after launch, including quantified outcomes, changes to how the team works, and customer quotes. Validate the numbers and secure customer approval.
- Produce case studies, customer stories, and proof points from launches and the existing customer base. Work with Content to bring that evidence into sales materials, campaigns, and product communications.
- Build and maintain a searchable proof library organized by persona, use case, and outcome, so teams can find the right evidence for a buyer.
Messaging and positioning
- Apply Stuut's messaging framework to each launch, connecting product capabilities to the company's category narrative and the buyer's business case.
- Know where the agent handles the work, where a person stays involved, and why that matters to the customer. Keep messaging and demos accurate as the product evolves.
- Bring customer and field insights back to Product and Marketing. Use sales calls and win-loss feedback to sharpen product messaging, competitive intelligence, and objection handling.
What success looks like
- In your first 30 days, you'll own a T2 or T3 launch, including internal communications and enablement. Your first customer story, built from an existing customer, is drafted and in approval.
- By 60 days, you'll own a T1 launch end to end, with beta customers confirmed before release. Your first approved case study is published, and the launch calendar stays current without anyone chasing it.
- By 90 days, every upcoming T1 has beta customers and agreed success metrics. Customer proof ships every month from both launches and the existing base.
What you will bring
- Four or more years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of planning and executing product launches end to end.
- Experience launching AI-native products to skeptical buyers. You can get deep into the product, ask engineers specific questions, and demonstrate how something works.
- Sales enablement programs and materials you personally built and that teams adopted. You can explain how you improved them after feedback.
- Experience producing customer stories with measurable results, from finding the evidence through writing and customer approval.
- Excellent writing and strong editorial judgment. You make complex products clear and concise while preserving the detail that makes a claim credible.
- Strong cross-functional skills and a process-oriented approach. You keep Product, Engineering, and GTM teams aligned and build repeatable programs in a fast-moving environment.
- Ownership and a high standard for the finished work. You use AI tools to accelerate research and production while checking accuracy and making the final decisions yourself.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to CFOs, controllers, or AR and finance leaders.
- A background in fintech, payments, ERP systems, or AR/AP software.
- Experience at an early-stage startup.
