Full description
Company Description
Wix makes it possible for anyone to succeed online. Since 2006, we've grown to around 4,400 employees in 22 countries, launched over 40 products, and serve over 299 million users and their visitors worldwide. At Wix, we push you to innovate and evolve in non-traditional ways. We operate in collaborative, high-performing teams, building cutting-edge products and leveraging AI to redefine how our users create, manage and grow their dreams online.
Although we're already industry leaders in web creation and business, our work is nowhere near done. Our goal is to become the main engine of the Internet so we can create a more open web for all.
We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Wix was built around the idea that everyone has the right to be successful, online. This same vision defines us as an employer: creating a work environment where everyone is welcome, and anyone has the right to succeed.
Job Description
We're looking for a Product Manager with a platform mindset, great collaboration and leadership skills, and a hands-on approach. The Premium Platform team provides the monetization infrastructure that powers commerce across Wix — the services that product teams rely on to sell, bill, and grow. The work is creative and technical: understanding complex systems deeply, finding smart paths through them, identifying new revenue or retention opportunities, and turning specific needs into capabilities that scale across the platform.
- Define and drive product strategy across purchase flows, subscription lifecycle, and business models
- Think in platforms — turn specific requirements into scalable capabilities across the organization
- Work embedded in a dev team, driving direction and execution from concept to launch
- Collaborate with platform PMs and partner teams — alignment and cross-team partnership are core to how we work
- Own high-traffic user flows where clarity drives satisfaction and revenue
- Research market trends and pricing models, and bring new thinking to the roadmap
**
At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Our work model is fully in person, with 5 days a week from our office. Flexibility remains a core value at Wix and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in a platform context
- Strong technical understanding of complex systems
- Strong ownership — you drive projects across domains, end to end
- Comfortable with speed and ambiguity — you adapt when priorities shift and deliver anyway
- Strong communicator — you translate complex systems into clear vision and get people aligned
- Fluent with AI tools (Cursor, Claude, or similar) as part of your everyday workflow
- Background in Product Design (UX/UI) — an advantage
- Business fluency around monetization, billing, payments, or subscription models — an advantage
Additional Information
We're the Premium Platform team at Wix. We own the infrastructure behind all of Wix's commerce, every purchase, upgrade, and subscription runs through what we build. We're a true platform team: the capabilities we create are the foundation that other product teams build on. High technical complexity, real business impact, and a team that takes the work seriously.
