Technical Skills Required Business Analysis: Understanding and documenting business processes and requirements. Data Analysis & Reporting: Creating and modifying reports using financial and operational data. Process Improvement: Experience with process design/redesign and identifying inefficiencies. Change Management: Understanding the impact of changes on people, processes, and systems. Testing & QA: Preparing test cases and scenarios for new systems or changes. Tools & Software: Excel or other spreadsheet tools Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) SQL or other data querying languages Project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

Soft Skills Required Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems and find practical solutions. Communication: Clear writing and speaking skills to explain ideas and document processes. Collaboration: Working well with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations.
