Business Analyst

System Analysis & Documentation: o Analyze the current system behavior to understand functionalities and workflows. o Document findings in a System Requirement Specifications (SRS). o Conduct workshops with clients to ensure alignment. Testing & Issue Resolution: o Develop a Test Suite designed to validate the system based on the SRS. o Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure system behavior matches expected functionality. o Investigate and analyze defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues. o Document SIT results. o Log defects and work with developers on solutions. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: o Assist users in executing UAT, ensuring that test scenarios are well understood. o Address user concerns and provide clarifications on system behavior. o Coordinate with developers to resolve issues identified during UAT. Communication & Collaboration: o Present findings and behavior in a clear and structured manner. o Coordinate between clients and developers, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. o Provide recommendations for improving system functionality.  

Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client management abilities. Ability to analyze system behavior and document it in a structured format. Experience in creating SRS and Test Suites. Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Basic understanding of Java is a plus, as it will help in analyzing system logic and troubleshooting issues. Strong attention to detail and the ability to execute SIT and UAT support effectively.
