Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. This role serves as a key Finance partner to management by providing actionable financial insights that support operational efficiency, strategic growth, and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business intelligence, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports; conduct variance and performance analysis.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and key KPIs.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Analyze profitability and key performance metrics by business unit or segment.
  • Support management on pricing and strategic initiatives.
  • Create and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Extract and analyze data from financial systems; improve reporting processes.
  • Assist with special projects involving growth opportunities, process improvements, and performance optimization.
  • Present insights and support projects driving growth and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, business analytics, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a law firm, healthcare organization, consulting firm, or professional services environment.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or financial reporting software.
  • Familiarity with profitability analysis and KPI development.
  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or progress toward a professional certification is a plus

Work Environment

On-site role in a professional law firm setting; fast-paced and deadline-driven.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hiring Range: $90,000-$125,000 annually, commensurate with experience
