Wir freuen uns über Ihre Initativbewerbung für den Bereich Project Controls für unsere Standorte Zürich und Basel.

Als erfahrener Project Controls Manager (m/w/d) etablieren Sie die erforderlichen Prozesse, Vorlagen und Tools, definieren gemeinsam mit den relevanten Stakeholdern die Kosten- und Terminbasis (Baseline) und überwachen die Leistung im Vergleich dazu. Dabei berücksichtigen und steuern Sie die Auswirkungen von Risiken, Chancen und Änderungen auf kontrollierte Weise.

Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Project Controls, inklusive Terminplanung, Risikomanagement und Reporting.
  • Analytische Stärke sowie die Fähigkeit, fundierte Empfehlungen auf Basis von Daten und Kennzahlen abzuleiten.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Primavera P6.
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung.
  • Zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit.
  • Hohe Organisationsfähigkeit und sicheres Arbeiten unter Termindruck.
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Lösungsorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität für Projekte im High-Tech- und Manufacturing-Umfeld.
