The Product, Design, & Marketing Budget Team is seeking a resourceful and experienced product manager to own the development and evolution of an internal budgeting tool. You'll drive the product roadmap from gathering requirements and documenting feature requests to overseeing development, QA, and delivery.

The ideal candidate spots issues early, drives them to resolution, works autonomously in a fast-moving environment, and communicates clearly across engineering, stakeholders, and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of experience with software development, product management, project management Experience building a proprietary financial budgeting tool serving a broad user base Experience implementing AI tools to automate and streamline workflows Ability to operate autonomously — scoping ambiguous problems, making sound prioritization calls with incomplete information, and driving decisions Experience with drafting high-level feature requirements Ability to evaluate and troubleshoot technical issues through resolution Strong communicator between both technical and non-technical team members

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a Marketing and Creative organization Strong understanding of financial data including but not limited to Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and invoices Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL Proven record ramping quickly on complex platforms, understanding diverse user types, their requirements, and how changes impact the system holistically Comfortable with ambiguity and adjusting to evolving business requirements and priorities Experience with Snowflake, eApproval, Keynote, Datalab, Tableau, Airtable, Jira
