Full description
As a Business Intelligence Engineer II, you will be a core member of the Returns & CoBW team for India and Emerging Markets . You will serve as liaison between the Returns Business and technical teams to achieve the goal of providing actionable insights into current business performance, and ad hoc investigations into future improvements or innovations. This will require data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, automation, dashboard creation and communication of insights and recommendations.
Key job responsibilities - Analyze and visualize data to generate insights for business and report with recommendation.
- Present recommendations to business leaders and drive decisions. Also manage implementation of those recommendations.
- Develop and recommend metrics, dashboards that supports Business and Product growth.
- Drive insights for new product innovations
Drive automation of key business metrics
Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools - Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab - Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift - Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
