European Senior Product Designer (Mobile & Digital Experience)

Main purpose of job

We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of customer-facing digital experiences across multiple European markets.

You will lead the design of native mobile applications as well as responsive web journeys used by thousands of customers, working closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to create simple, accessible and effective experiences.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end product design across native mobile applications and responsive web experiences, from discovery and ideation through delivery.

• Design and optimise customer journeys using customer research, behavioural insights and business data.

• Own and evolve our Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability and accessibility across digital products and markets.

• Partner with Product Owners and Engineers to identify opportunities, solve customer problems and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Use analytics, experimentation and customer feedback to continuously improve digital experiences.

• Champion best practices in UX, interaction design, accessibility and mobile-first thinking across the organisation.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of Product Design experience creating customer-facing digital products.

• Proven experience designing both native mobile applications.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of digital products and customer journeys.

• Advanced Figma skills, including components, auto-layout, variables, libraries and Design Systems.

• Experience combining customer research and behavioural analytics to inform design decisions.

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working within Agile product teams.

• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, financial services or other regulated industries.

• Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Contentsquare, Heap or GA4.

• Experience building and scaling Design Systems across multiple products or markets.
