The QA Customer Liaison & Technical Agreements Officer is responsible for implementing an operating model and respective processes for managing relationships with Top customers of Pharmathen, as well as monitoring of QA related customer requests and/or queries and pending activities. The technical agreements’ responsibilities pertain to developing and maintaining Technical and Quality Agreements with customers.
More particularly:
What you’ll do:
- Act as an interface between Pharmathen and customer to ensure requests, queries and quality related topics are managed in an effective and timely manner including effective communication and close monitoring of issues and/or pending QA related activities
- Participating in QA2QA meetings for Top customers
- Maintain processes and/or tools to ensure that customer requirements are met and to support management and monitoring of QA related customer requests, queries, issues and/or pending activities
- Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Supply and other local/corporate QA teams to effectively and timely manage and/or resolve customer related issues and communication
- Create and maintain Quality / Technical Agreements between Pharmathen and customers and their affiliates
- Have responsibility to ensure compliance and adherence to Quality / Technical Agreement. Supporting various departments within company on the interpretation of QTAs
- Take part in the authorship of the department’s SOPs, TDRs, protocols and any other kind of controlled quality document
- Handle the overall Customers Quality Technical Agreement internal database
- Support and/or advice on quality issues in the drafting of supply/commercial agreements (with customers), proprietary information purchase agreements, manufacturing agreements, pre-agreements (for registration purposes), agency agreements, license agreements, etc
- Prepare KPI reports
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bsc in chemistry, pharmacy or equivalent field
Minimum Experience:
- 0- 1 years’ experience in Quality Management or relevant department with specificity in Quality Technical Agreement

- Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)
- Computer literacy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, strong project management skills
