iSoftStone, Inc. is Seeking an Engagement Lead / DevOps Transformation Architect to Join our Team in New York!

*THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION*

Responsibilities: 

Lead the DevOps transformation assessment and define a practical, phased roadmap to improve release efficiency, automation, and delivery productivity.• Assess current DevOps processes, release bottlenecks, and engineering practices.• Develop a prioritized transformation roadmap with measurable business outcomes.• Align stakeholders on scope, priorities, and execution.• Bring industry best practices and an external perspective to challenge existing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Ten+ years in DevOps, software delivery, or technology transformation.• Proven experience leading enterprise DevOps transformation programs.• Strong understanding of CI/CD, release management, and engineering productivity.• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Pay Range: $80-$85/hour
