Product Manager within Maternity & NICU
Your responsibilities
- Define and manage product roadmaps using Product Development Lifecycle Management frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness.
- Responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management, including opportunity assessment, feature definition, claims roadmap input, pricing, and launch planning.
- Develop customer-centric value propositions and translate customer and clinical workflow insights into clear product requirements and enhancements.
- Partner closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, clinically appropriate connected medical device solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product initiatives based on market trends and regulatory requirements, continuously refining product strategies through competitive analysis, customer insights, and compliance considerations.
- Support execution of global go-to-market strategies. collaborating with Market Impact and regional teams to tailor messaging and support key customer and solution provider partnerships.
What you bring along
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in the medical device industry serving global markets is required
- Proven track record of successfully delivering connected electronic medical devices.
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing portfolio extensions, product launches, and geographic or channel expansion initiatives.
- Strong understanding of connected electronic medical device technologies and their application within clinical environments.
- Solid knowledge of clinical workflows and the ability to translate user needs into practical product requirements.
- Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, marketing, and commercial teams to drive product execution.
