  • Assign tasks to the team and make sure everything is set up in Albi for timekeeping.

• Project Supervision & Coordination:

  • Oversee the project to make sure it stays on track, within budget, and meets safety standards.
  • Work with the Production Manager to handle on-site needs like breaks and accommodations.
  • Do a final walkthrough before handing the project off to the repair team.

• Communication & Documentation:

  • Keep Albi updated with progress, start/end times, and any changes.
  • Communicate with the client if anything changes, like delays or adjustments to the project scope.
  • Make sure all documentation is finalized and submit crew timesheets.

• Project Completion & Reporting:

  • Do a final walkthrough with the client to ensure satisfaction.
  • Finalize all documentation and wrap up the project in Albi.

What You'll Be Managing:

  • You'll be handling a range of projects, from small tasks to bigger, more complex restoration work.
  • You'll keep clients informed, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and make sure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
  • You'll be the go-to person for the team and clients, so clear communication is key.

  • Problem-Solving: Things don't always go as planned, and we need someone who can think on their feet and find solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Especially important in sensitive environments like healthcare.

• Soft Skills:

  • Teamwork: You'll be working with lots of different people, so being a team player is essential.
  • Conflict Resolution: Things happen, but your ability to handle issues smoothly will keep the project moving forward.

Working Conditions: This role involves travel to various job sites, and flexibility is important. Things can change quickly, so being able to adapt to unexpected challenges is a must.
