As a Data Analyst supporting our Consumer Business Unit, you'll transform data into meaningful insights that help drive business strategy and enhance the customer experience. If you're passionate about analytics, problem-solving, and making an impact through data, we'd love to hear from you. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Analyze consumer data, subscriber behavior, and business trends to support strategic decision-making.  
  • Develop diagnostic and predictive analyses to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and customer engagement.  
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports, including key metrics such as revenue, subscriber base, campaign performance, and brand trust.  
  • Support forecasting and financial modeling to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.  
  • Develop pricing models for handsets and products while performing revenue impact analyses for key business initiatives.  
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to communicate insights and monitor business performance.  
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling, and business-focused manner.  
  • Support ad hoc analyses and special projects as business needs evolve.  
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college or university.  
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in data analytics, preferably supporting consumer-focused businesses.  
  • Telecommunications industry experience is an advantage.  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, or other statistical and data analysis tools.  
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, forecasts, and business performance analyses.  
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and business intelligence concepts.  
  • Ability to identify trends, interpret data patterns, and provide recommendations that improve revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.  
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.  
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments. 

 

Work Schedule 

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to support business needs. Occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and field visits may be required. You may also be asked to adjust your schedule based on client availability or department priorities.
