Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end project delivery within the Wealth & Investment services domain.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and quality standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks and issues proactively.
- Engage and manage stakeholders across business, technology, and product teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular status updates, governance reporting, and executive-level communication.
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, compliance, and regulatory standards relevant to wealth/investment domain.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and stakeholder collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Project Management experience as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager in the Wealth & Investment domain.
- Strong understanding of wealth / investment products
- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects successfully.
- Strong risk management and mitigation capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple product teams.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Key Competencies
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, SAFe, or Agile Scrum Master are an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Strategic thinking with execution focus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
