Job Overview & Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position partners closely with leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, reporting and insights that drive performance and long-term growth. Our ideal candidate should have strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial analyses in a concise and easily comprehensible manner. You will be analyzing Financial and KPI performance vs budget, improve and streamline financial processes, reporting tools and forecasting methodologies, and must have strong financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills.

Hybrid: Onsite 3 days / Remote 2 days

Qualifications & Pay Range

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of work experience. Experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, NetSuite, or related financial systems
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including index, match, sumproduct, and indirect functions
