We are looking for a Product Manager to own our Retail products in a new market. This is a high-impact role where you will drive the growth of QRIS (QR payments) acceptance for merchants.
You will be responsible for adapting our proven retail products for the new market, working closely with partners, and scaling merchant acquisition. This is an opportunity to own a product in a new market from an early growth stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Retail Product: Define and execute the product roadmap for QRIS and retail payment acceptance
- Market Adaptation: Adapt retail products to a new market — localization, regulatory compliance, local payment methods
- Merchant Acquisition: Partner with Business and Operations teams to drive merchant onboarding and activation
- Partner Integration: Work with payment partners and acquirers to enable seamless payment acceptance
- Define Success Metrics: Establish and track KPIs including active merchants, transaction volume, and merchant retention
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams to deliver on roadmap
- User Research: Understand merchant needs, pain points, and behaviors to inform product decisions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services strongly preferred
- Experience with SEA markets
- Understanding of payment acceptance, merchant acquiring, or retail payments
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data-driven prioritization and metrics tracking
- Experience working with external partners and integrations
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Excellent communication skills — can work effectively across remote teams
- Strong user research skills — comfortable conducting interviews, usability tests, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
- Experience in agile methodologies
