About the Role

Turium AI is looking for a hands-on SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to join our Hyderabad team and support enterprise SAP transformation programs across India and Australia.

This role is suited to someone who has strong SAP project delivery experience, is confident working with senior stakeholders and wants to take greater ownership of complex S/4HANA implementations.

You will work closely with functional, technical and business teams across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery schedules.
  • Create and manage project charters, RAID registers, status reports and governance documentation.
  • Track and manage project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
  • Use SAP Cloud ALM to support project planning, tracking, testing and delivery governance.
  • Coordinate SAP functional, technical, integration, data and testing teams.
  • Manage scope, resources, dependencies and project deliverables.
  • Prepare project updates and presentations for senior stakeholders, Steering Committees and governance forums.
  • Support testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
  • Drive actions, follow-ups and accountability across project teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Around 4–8 years of project delivery experience, ideally within SAP or ERP implementations.
  • Hands-on experience working on SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Experience with SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Good understanding of SAP Activate and the S/4HANA implementation lifecycle.
  • Strong experience managing RAID, project plans and governance artefacts.
  • Confident presenting project status, risks and decisions to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple teams.
  • Experience in consulting or enterprise transformation environments would be highly regarded.
