· Conduct advanced portfolio analysis to identify market trends, assess client behavior patterns, and develop strategic recommendations that enhance competitive positioning and accelerate revenue growth.
· Own and evolve pricing frameworks for on-balance sheet deposits (ECR, interest-bearing deposits, and hybrid structures), including governance of rate plans, beta/sensitivity monitoring, and performance guardrails.
· Partner with Treasury and Finance to evaluate balance sheet and liquidity considerations and incorporate them into product strategy, pricing recommendations, and prioritization.
· Drive commercialization and operating readiness (sales enablement, playbooks, rollout planning, and feedback loops) to ensure adoption and consistent execution across channels.
