Operations QA Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Operations QA Specialist to test and validate end-to-end player journeys and operational flows across our online casino brands.

You will ensure that bonuses, campaigns, payments, loyalty systems and player communications work correctly in practice. A key part of the role is using automation and AI to expand testing coverage, reduce repetitive work and meet short deadlines.

The role focuses on operational readiness, business rules, system configurations and player outcomes. You will work alongside dedicated R&D QA teams responsible for software engineering quality and technical release testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test player journeys end-to-end, from registration and verification to deposits, gameplay and withdrawals.

• Validate bonuses, CRM campaigns, segmentation, loyalty and gamification features.

• Check player communications, promotional content and T&Cs across brands, markets, languages and currencies.

• Verify operational rules, account restrictions, player balances and transaction accuracy across back-office systems and reports.

• Build and maintain automated tests using Playwright/TypeScript or similar tools.

• Use AI tools and agents to improve testing efficiency, independently verifying their outputs.

• Document defects, coordinate investigations and retest fixes with CRM, Payments/Risk, Support, BI, Product and R&D QA.

• Report launch readiness, blockers and risks; perform regression and post-launch checks.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on casino QA experience is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of player journeys, bonuses, wagering, CRM logic and payment flows.

• Experience validating business rules and configurations across multiple systems.

• Hands-on automation experience with Playwright/TypeScript or comparable tools, plus working knowledge of Git.

• Practical experience using AI tools or agents in QA is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail or similar tools.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize independently.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Smartico or similar casino CRM platforms.

• Experience testing loyalty, gamification and new brand launches.

• Experience across multiple brands, markets, currencies and languages.

• API testing, basic SQL and validation against BI/Finance reports.
