Full description

About the Role:

Based in Luxembourg, you will join the Planning & Business Alignment team within Ferrero Cybersecurity and help create a clear, reliable view of initiatives delivered across the function’s different areas.

You will combine cybersecurity understanding with project and program management, connecting central teams, cybersecurity hubs and regional managers while supporting an international organization that continues to develop its ways of working.

Your contribution will help leaders understand portfolio health, priorities, budget, resources, risks and remediation progress, enabling informed decisions and timely escalation when delivery is blocked or moving off track.

Main Responsibilities:

You will strengthen the portfolio governance by maintaining a comprehensive view of ongoing and planned cybersecurity initiatives across the different Competence Centers, consolidating their scope, milestones, timelines, budget, resource allocation and ownership. By monitoring progress and identifying delays, dependencies, deviations or roadblocks, you will help managers escalate issues, coordinate appropriate follow-up and keep delivery aligned with cybersecurity strategy and business priorities.

You will support the implementation of Cybersecurity Indicators through the definition of relevant KPIs, metrics and dashboards to provide leaders with data-driven insights into cybersecurity function status, resource efficiency, service effectiveness and risk reduction, supporting planning, prioritization and strategic decision-making.

You will also coordinate the monitoring of Second Line of Defence activities and remediation plans resulting from assessments, following progress and highlighting unresolved gaps. You will connect with the central cybersecurity teams and regional managers to collect issues, risks and remediations status.

As these international ways of working continue to develop, you will cascade requirements and feedback, clarify responsibilities, coordinate requests, share relevant practices and help central and regional stakeholders remain informed and aligned.

About You:

You bring around 4 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity PMO, Cybersecurity Governance, consulting, system integration or an IT PMO role with solid cybersecurity exposure.

You understand project management, planning, budgeting, ownership, roles and responsibilities, controls, assessments and remediation, and have general knowledge of cybersecurity topics and processes such as cyber risk, compliance, awareness, architecture, defense, offence, incidents and vulnerabilities.

You communicate confidently with technical experts and senior international stakeholders, work fluently in English, and turn complex information into clear reporting. An IT-related master’s degree, industry experience or certifications such as PRINCE2, CompTIA Security+ or ISO 27001 are valuable assets.
