Department: Renewable Energies | Location: Esch-sur-Alzette | Contract: Permanent | Job Requisition N°20099

As Senior Project Manager – Renewable Energies, you will lead the development and delivery of strategic renewable energy projects. You will play a key role in expanding our renewable portfolio while working in an international, innovative, and purpose-driven environment.

Your tasks

  • Lead and Execute Development: Drive renewable energy projects from early-stage development to commissioning, taking full ownership of all phases - development, permitting, stakeholder engagement, procurement, construction, and commissioning
  • Negotiate: manage negotiations with suppliers and contractors to secure best-value agreements without compromising safety or quality.
  • Champion Excellence: Ensure projects meet safety, compliance, quality standards, budget, and timeline objectives.
  • Build Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnership agreements and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, contractors, suppliers, and local communities.
  • Support Business Planning: Collaborate with business controllers to develop robust project business cases based on quotes and CAPEX/OPEX assessments. Proactively identify risks and coordinate mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate with Impact: Provide clear, timely project updates to partners and leadership, ensuring alignment, informed decisions, and project momentum. Ensure seamless handover of completed installations to the asset management team.
  • Innovate: Monitor market trends and emerging technologies and integrate them into project development. Identify growth opportunities through cross-functional collaboration and market intelligence.
  • Maximize Value: Represent the company’s interests on the board of directors of project entities, ensuring long-term asset performance.

Your profile

  • You hold a master’s degree in engineering, or a related field
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a track record in renewable projects being a strong asset• You can structure and grow a project portfolio while balancing commercial, technical, and stakeholder priorities
  • You are resourceful, self-driven, and thrive when given the freedom to act
  • You combine strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • You communicate clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences
  • You build bridges across departments and partners to deliver aligned and impactful results.
  • You are fluent in French, German, English. Luxembourgish is considered an advantage.
