1. Job Description – Lead Product Designer

Experience: 10–15 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy for digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UX/UI design, product strategy, user research, and design leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to final delivery.
  • Define and drive the overall product design and user experience strategy.
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions.
  • Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products.
  • Mentor and guide UI/UX and Product Designers.
  • Advocate for user-centered design and best practices across the organization.
