As a Product Manager for Small Dollar Lending in Business Banking, you will help bring new product capabilities to life that drive account acquisition and sustainable growth. You will identify and execute opportunities to improve the acquisition funnel, enhance the customer experience, and support growth across Small Dollar Lending offerings. This role requires close partnership with Product Development, Risk, Design, and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of leading initiatives end-to-end and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable product strategies.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Design and document current-state and future-state process maps across lending customer journeys.
  • Support product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
  • Build measurement frameworks to connect product activity to business outcome (e.g., origination volume, approval rates, etc.).
  • Supporting the reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns across lending products (e.g. direct mail, digital, pre-approved offers).

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Possess knowledge or interest of small business lending and acquisition, including digital/mobile acumen and portfolio management initiatives
  • Experience in product management
  • Data analysis and experience using data analytics and insights to solve problems
  • Data visualization and experience with executive storytelling to advance product recommendations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record leading initiatives end-to-end in complex environments

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in small business lending is a plus
