seeking an experienced BI/Tableau Administrator to manage and support business-critical reporting and analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer Tableau Cloud sites, users, groups, projects, permissions, and security across Dev/Test/Prod.
Monitor platform health, extract refreshes, subscriptions, and scheduled jobs.
Troubleshoot Tableau performance, connectivity, reporting, and user-access issues.
Support Azure SQL Database, SQL/SOQL queries, data validation, and performance optimization.
Monitor Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines and troubleshoot data-load/data-quality issues.
Support MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) environments and integrations.
Collaborate with Salesforce, development, integration, and architecture teams on incidents and deployments.
Provide user support, documentation, training, and guidance to team members.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong Tableau Cloud administration and enterprise reporting experience.
Strong SQL and Azure SQL Database experience.
Knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Experience with dashboards, environment management, troubleshooting, and SDLC.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Self-directed with the ability to drive work from requirements through implementation.
