The Role
As a Director, you will lead a global delivery team and work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex cyber security issues from strategy to execution. You will help to continue the exciting growth of our cybersecurity practice focusing on Manufacturing, Pharma and Industrial Products industries. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions to develop and grow cyber business. Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments. Drive and take ownership for developing strategic client relationships that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders. Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm and our clients You will have the chance to pursue and deliver large and complex opportunities to solve our clients’ security challenges via Transformation programs. This includes delivering Supply chain, OT, IAM, Managed Services Transformation programmes on a global scale, advising clients on how to define their Target Operating models to deal with IT-OT convergence, and building a winning team to continue our exciting growth in this space.
Qualitfication
- Minimum 10 years years’ experience working within a manufacturing , pharma or Industrial Products industry -Experience working with global cybersecurity functions of one or more of the following: Supply chain security, Cyber Managed Services, OT Security, Cyber strategy, assessments and Transformations, vulnerability assessment and management processes, identity and access management, incident response and monitoring or overall strategy and relevant regulations (NIS2, EU CRA etc.) - Leadership skills, and the ability to scale and build a winning team in a multi-cultural environment - significant Experience in business development or strategic account management - Problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills - Experience of leading and working with diverse teams - Industry leading knowledge of the latest technology trends and predictions in the Security, OT and Manufacturing world - Ability to conceptualize and pitch the creation of prototypes and proof of concepts for clients - Able to effectively communicate, interact and influence business and operational stakeholders and partners - Ability to deliver innovative solutions and consistently demonstrate customer outcomes. Prior security consulting experience is a plus - Experience or knowledge of global standards and frameworks including one or more of the following: IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CS etc. - Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP, etc.) are beneficial.

- Conceptualize and Deliver complex security transformation projects -Work with diverse stakeholders in IT, Risk, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Security teams to deliver successful programs - Build long term strategic relationships with clients and key vendors to grow the business - Grow and develop a global delivery team
Role requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field - Minimum of 10 years’ work experience in Manufacturing or Pharma environments or Industrial Products - Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly communicate and excellent consulting skills - Ability to persuade technical experts and decision makers - Fluent English. German or French are a plus.
