Job Description
AppliedVR is looking for a mission-driven Product Manager with a passion for transforming healthcare through innovative technology to integrate systems and drive the development of our internal tools that facilitate the administration and use of our medical device. This is a high-impact role that has the potential to support operational excellence throughout the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities (are not limited to the following):
- Own the definition and documentation of internal support processes, including task tracking workflows and CRM system requirements
- Analyze how back-end workflows and process changes directly impact and improve the end-to-end patient journey
- Ensure patient-facing touchpoints are clear, consistent, and well-documented across support channels
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Patient Services, Operations, Clinical, etc.) to identify needs and translate them into clear and actionable product requirements
- Drive execution of product and operational initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with patient experience goals
- Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of support processes and patient communication improvements
- Provide general assistance and project-based support for the development and maintenance of mental health product offerings
- Build high-level roadmaps and detailed delivery plans that keep stakeholders informed of project progress
Experience & Qualifications Preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Product Management role
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience using Jira for task management
- Experience working with consumer-facing products, preferably within a highly regulated environment (e.g. medical device, healthcare)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling multiple priorities under tight timeframes
- Experience with CRM, Communications platforms, or customer support programs highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously, remotely, in dynamic, fast-paced environment

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $155,000. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across all US locations. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to relevant qualifications, depth of experience, skill set, certifications, training, education, and specific work location. The compensation packages may be adjusted based on candidate work location, due to differences in the cost of living for the given location.
