  • Drive change management activities across functional partners, ensuring alignment and adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage timelines, track dependencies, and proactively address blockers to keep delivery on track while ensuring adequate resourcing across workstreams
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on delivery priorities, communicate progress, and resolve impediments that impact product outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of product delivery lifecycle (PDLC) and software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) frameworks tailored to agentic AI solutions
  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics, surfacing insights that inform delivery decisions and drive operational improvements
  • Support the operationalization of AI products and platforms, ensuring readiness for deployment across Consumer and Community Banking teams
  • Collaborate with technology, design, data, and business teams to ensure cohesive delivery strategies that balance speed, quality, and risk

  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of product delivery principles with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies
  • Experience driving organizational transformation aligned to how teams work within product and software delivery lifecycle frameworks
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous challenges into structured delivery plans
