We are currently seeking a Record to Report Project Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Program: AmpliFi Oracle Fusion Upgrade Program Location: India (Onsite/Hybrid, per program requirements) Engagement Type: Contract Experience Level: Mid-Level (typically 6–10 years)
Position Overview The R2R Project Manager will lead planning, coordination, and execution of workstreams related to general ledger, financial close, consolidation, fixed assets, reconciliations, allocations, and project accounting processes within the AmpliFi ERP upgrade. This role partners closely with finance stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to ensure R2R processes are redesigned, configured, tested, and transitioned smoothly to the new ERP environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource plans for the R2R workstream.
- Coordinate with finance controllership, accounting, and consolidation teams to gather requirements and validate design decisions.
- Track deliverables related to chart of accounts redesign, close calendar alignment, journal entry automation, and intercompany processes.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and interdependencies with other AmpliFi workstreams (e.g., Data, Business Readiness).
- Schedule and facilitate status meetings, domain meetings, steering committee and workshop specific to R2R.
- Oversee testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) for R2R-related configurations and reports.
- Support change management and training activities for R2R end users.
- Ensure adherence to program governance, documentation standards, and reporting cadence.
Program-Level Responsibilities (applicable to all six roles):
- Adhere to AmpliFi program governance, PMO standards, and reporting templates/cadence.
- Participate in cross-workstream coordination meetings to manage interdependencies.
- Escalate risks and issues through defined program governance channels.
- Support overall cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization for assigned domain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 6–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years supporting R2R or financial close processes in an ERP transformation context.
- Working knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion) as related to financial reporting and consolidation.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles, month-end/quarter-end close, and statutory reporting requirements.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to work across time zones with global stakeholders (onshore/offshore coordination).
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
