Candidates must hold a B.S. degree in Finance or Accounting, with an MBA or CPA qualification being desirable. Proficiency in SAP, BW, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Full description

Typical Accountabilities - Responsible for preparing in-depth financial analyses of budgets, forecasts, and actual results for review by Senior Management. - Coordinate and prepares presentations for regional Senior Management, the Group CFO, and other key meetings. - Coordinate the completion of the enterprise-wide planning cycle for the region. - Collaborate with other teams to consolidate regional business planning data. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of key business drivers, risk factors, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to financial analyses. - Identify and implements continuous improvement opportunities for planning and monthly reporting processes. - Perform ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as required.

Qualifications and Skills Essential: B.S. degree in Finance or Accounting; Knowledge of regional operating models; Proficiency in PC applications, including SAP, BW, Excel, and PowerPoint; Strong analytical skills; Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, both oral and written; Proven ability to thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment; Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple and frequently changing priorities effectively; High level of accuracy and attention to detail; Proven ability to meet strict deadlines. Desirable: Pharmaceutical industry experience; MBA or CPA qualification required.
